The All People’s Congress (APC) is set to break ground for the construction of a new Regional and District Party Office in Bo, marking a significant milestone in the party’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the southern region. The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, 3rd May 2025, at 9:00 AM in Kangaroo Village, along the Bo-Kenema Highway.
This major initiative is being championed by the party’s National Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray, whose leadership continues to drive strategic growth and development within the APC. Renowned for his commitment to party unity and organizational expansion, Hon. Mansaray has prioritized projects aimed at boosting grassroots engagement across the country.
The upcoming facility is envisioned as a modern, fully equipped office that will serve as a hub for administrative coordination and party activities in the region. More than a physical structure, the office represents the APC’s broader commitment to regional empowerment and inclusive political participation.

Southern Regional Chairperson Haja Isatu Bah-Kamara described the project as “a dream come true” for APC supporters in the south, adding that it reflects the party’s renewed focus on development and accessibility.
Project oversight is being led by Mulku Suliaman Kargbo, widely known as Super King, whose leadership has been instrumental in mobilizing local resources and ensuring smooth preparatory work.
The APC is inviting party members, community leaders, and the public to attend the groundbreaking ceremony, which stands as a symbol of the party’s continued growth and long-term vision under Hon. Mansaray’s stewardship.
With this initiative, the APC underscores its dedication to building not just infrastructure, but also a more cohesive and representative political movement across Sierra Leone.
