OGC Nice have confirmed the loan signing of 19-year-old centre-back Juma Bah from Manchester City, making him the club’s second addition of the summer transfer window.
The Sierra Leone international joins the Ligue 1 side as they prepare for the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round, secured through a fourth-place league finish last season. Bah reportedly chose Nice over Olympique Lyonnais, drawn by the opportunity to play in Europe’s top club competition.

Bah is already familiar with French football. He spent the second half of last season on loan at RC Lens, as part of the deal that saw Artois defender Abdukodir Khusanov move to Manchester City.
With club captain Dante nearing the end of his career and both Youssouf Ndayishimiye and Mohamed Abdelmonem sidelined by knee injuries, Bah arrives to strengthen Franck Haise’s defensive options. His move follows the recent signing of midfielder Gabin Bernardeau.
