Sierra Leone Judiciary Ends November Criminal Session

The Sierra Leone Judiciary announced on Thursday, 30th January 2025, the closure of the November Criminal Session of the High Court.

In an official letter to the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, shared on the Judiciary’s Twitter (now X) account, the decision was attributed to efforts to improve efficiency and ensure the effective delivery of justice.

The letter, signed by the court’s Master and Registrar, also confirmed that the next Criminal Session will begin on Monday, 3rd February 2025.
